Unwanted Customer Service

We have had this item less than 6 months. The heating elements have failed. I contacted Sunbeam direct and they told me they have NO blankets in stock and have no idea when they will be able to replace mine even though they are under warranty. This is terrible customer service. The email also said to email them from time to time to keep my case open and get a replacement as soon as it becomes available.
