This duvet exceeded all my expectations. I am an elderly woman and had no trouble unwrapping and putting in the duvet. I enjoyed the last 2 nights in cold Ohio under my new warm blanket.

Product worked perfectly from October 2020 to March 2021 (Blank has duel control). However, if you try to use it now - November 2021 - only the right side and the left side will NOT heat up even with the maximum temperature set.

It's so nice to feel this softness and even warmth around you. I can get very cold for some unknown reason. This blanket helped me. I was surprised by the beautiful color (dark red) and softness. I'll take this for my mother. She has an old electric blanket. This throws the old one out of the water.

We have had this item less than 6 months. The heating elements have failed. I contacted Sunbeam direct and they told me they have NO blankets in stock and have no idea when they will be able to replace mine even though they are under warranty. This is terrible customer service. The email also said to email them from time to time to keep my case open and get a replacement as soon as it becomes available.

This product has a bed rest issue. After figuring that out, I tried to return the blanket. Unfortunately my husband recycled the box too early and Sunbeam will not take back the duvet unless it is in the original packaging. I am very disappointed that they have such a policy. This is a cheap blanket. I'm an avid Revain Prime buyer and generally very satisfied, but I'll have to read the fine print more carefully from now on.

I have used electric blankets for many years and this is my biggest dislike. First, he is too small for a king and cannot compensate for his rigidity. Second, there is only one connected edge, so more of a two-layer coating that is not connected to itself; Straightening is an exercise in determining which bias fold is preferred at the moment and the heating effect is uneven. My husband is starting to complain about being used as a foot warmer (a few years ago it wouldn't have bothered him hmm).
