Attaching the end caps was easy, maybe not that hard if it's your first time. I used the original watch pins, nice to have extra ones. The tool offered is ok. I used my own. Removal and replacement took just a few seconds. For the first time, you can watch some videos how to do it. Tips/adapters look and feel cheap. I can't imagine them lasting long without a rubber crunch. The strap is beautiful. I have many NATO straps, this one could have been made with extra stitching. I do not intend to return the package. I will do extra stitching and coat the tabs with rubber glue. G-Shock watches are built to withstand any weather and any off-road challenge. This kit for the price needs an upgrade.
