Arrived on time with Prime Shipping. Packaged in a soft lightly padded envelope which could damage the item so a box would have been better. 1/2 star discount per pack. The part itself gets 4 stars for working perfectly with the Bissell 71y7-w, an older bagged handheld vacuum. The only downside to this purchase was the lack of instructions. I had no idea how to put this part back in place and could have damaged it by doing so, apart from the instructional videos someone posted on the internet of a similar model of vacuum cleaner. - 1/2 star for no direction. Instructions: Remove the frame around the rotating brush under the vacuum cleaner, it should have 4 small screws on four sides. Once removed, insert the pins on this part into the designated slots on the bottom of the vacuum, then lift it up so that the large pointed part on this part is hidden under the rotating brushes. Now put the frame you removed in step 1 back onto this piece - if you got it right it will fit perfectly - and tighten on all four sides. you can go
