First I gave the product a 1 and wrote a review below. Apply anyway. Just ONE BIG problem. After a little less than a month of use I had to stop. There were small dents on my steering wheel which eventually turned into small tears! I've read previous reviews about using the correct rubber inserts, but I've gotten the same result in previous reviews. I am very frustrated as my bike is brand new and now my handlebars are cut all over! I stopped after about 3 weeks of use. I would suggest an alternative option to this one! No matter how cool and simple it looks! I gave it a five first because it looks cool, it's easy to use and I don't have to worry about forgetting to unlock it before my trip (impossible). As for security, well, it hasn't been stolen yet! (It's only been 3 or so weeks) I'll say one thing. Follow up emails were pleasant and I even visited your website. But please send less! I had to log out, which is quite inconvenient.
