My cat wouldn't eat
I have tried "cold turkey" and switched from my old food to new food as recommended by the manufacturer. My cat didn't eat. So I introduced it slowly, mixing the new with the old, as recommended by most other cat food companies. It worked and she is now in the 50/50 phase. I noticed no improvement in her skin condition, which needs to be controlled with prednisone (a steroid). I'm hoping to see an improvement if I reduce the dose of steroids or stop altogether.
