I was very excited about this product but after installing it I was really disappointed. They claim that this product has a high resolution of 720p, after recording and playing videos, the resolution is not 720p. I even used the software they provided on the PC but the quality was terrible. The video is more like high definition 540TV lines. I can't read the license plate when cars go by, there are so many big pixels in the resolution. I don't know why they claim the system is high definition, the dash cam doesn't even have an HDMI output, only composite. IR doesn't work, I drove in total darkness and even in low light the photos are still dark. I drive a Ford Transit 350, this system doesn't last long in cars or vans. After I bought the calibration mats, half my car is missing the cameras. I contacted the company about the missing part, they said they would send it but I haven't received it for several months. There are so many issues with this product that I would never buy it again. The only good thing about this product is the price, PERIOD.
