This strap is AMAZING. It's been almost 5 months since I bought it and it's holding up very well. I use it with my sunglasses that I wear every day to protect my eyes from the Florida sun. I must have put it on and taken it off at least 5 times a day when entering and exiting buildings. That's about 750 loosening and 750 trains over 5 months. And it's not a babysitter either. They let my sunglasses hang at the top of my temples right where my neck and chest meet - PERFECT. However, one-handed removal is not unproblematic.
