Review on Accusharp 066C Knife Sharpener Piece by Jason Chaplain

I prefer to put my sharpener on the counter and slide my knife through. Knives can get pretty worn out and poorly sharpened. I've seen chef's knives that actually had a cavity and part of the edge didn't touch the cutting board. This sharpener won't fix that - a blade like this requires professional care. This sharpener is great for a weekly (maybe twice a week) touch up on the blade - keep it sharp. It is not a substitute for an annual professional restoration that corrects shape and sharpness.
