Very easy to install and use, just screw in and turn on! I didn't know I needed them until my teenage sons got them. I put them in the bathroom because I have migraines, the brightness can be dimmed and less for the eyes. If you need real white, it's very clear. The choice of color also creates pleasant lighting when bathing/showering. You can also set up automatic color changes. One star minus because there are 2 remote controls and the description says 4. The weird thing is that setting it to blue actually makes it easier for you to see the dark spots on the skin, so if you're using a skin lightening/brightening serum.
