Where was it 100 years ago; Or at least when my mother, aunts and grandma stuffed zucchini and aubergines for 25 people every week!? What a life and time saver! It's a great thing, but it takes time to get used to. My recommendation, if you're working with something like Mexican (small green) zucchini, you need to dig a small hole in your mouth with an old-school tool before you start the electric one! Helps with zucchini mouth breakage! If you cook this dish, you will understand what I am trying to say! So what I'm saying is, don't start from scratch with that core to the flat-mouthed zucchini! Make a small groove about 1 inch deep in the zucchini before using the machine to core the insides! The method is to move it up and down in the vegetable! Dishes with Mediterranean toppings It has never been so easy thanks to this machine! I'll be honest my mom is old school, she tried to use it and couldn't quite master it! So it takes practice but as I'm a new generation I love it! worth the patience! Once you get the hang of it, you'll never go back to the old way of chopping vegetables! Thank you for doing this. Let's hope it keeps working! I don't think it's a warranty case!
