Review on Eufy Floodlight Brightness Weatherproof Compatible by Dangelo Toliver

Good product. Excellent image quality and fairly stable. However, there are a few shortcomings that Eufy should try to fix. If you turn off the camera, the motion detection function of the light will also turn off and the light will not turn on when motion is detected. Light motion detection should be independent of the camera. Many times I wanted the recording to be off but the light worked with motion but it doesn't.2. Should make it compatible with homebase.3. The night detection mode is rather weak and does not detect movement unless it is very close to the camera. The daytime detection distance is excellent.4. Increase the motion detection range of light sources. I used to have a traffic light in the garage that detects movement up to 70 feet away and even when a car drives by it lights up so you know what's going on outside. But with the Eufy it's about 30-40 feet, so I literally have to be in the driveway before the light comes on. Integrate the camera with other lights or bulbs that turn on automatically when motion is detected on a camera (must be selected if multiple) just like ring cameras. This will help Eufy make it more attractive to customers who want to create more Eufy-based environments with backyard lights or other light sources. If Eufy can solve these small but annoying problems, it will probably be the best headlight on the market. Overall I'm happy with the product, but my main concern is that the light and camera are independent of each other when detecting motion.
