I did not find documentation for the tri-band version. At random, I realized what exactly needs to be done to work in the 200 megahertz range. In fact, the radio station was bought for conducting physical experiments at frequencies in the region of 200 megahertz. Radio communication on these frequencies is not allowed. It should be noted that the Satcom space communication system operates at these frequencies.
