Bought because we have moved to a dark house and my eyes were strained at the end of the day working at home / staring at a computer screen. I put this bulb in a table lamp, but my eyesight started to deteriorate. I put it on a floor lamp to get more light and put the lamp in front of me and not on the side, but my eyes started to get very tired. My eyestrain started even before I looked at the screen in the morning. In the end I found that this lightbulb is so bright that it tires my eyes more than a whole day at the computer. I can't give the product a bad rating for what I wanted, but now I know it's not worth messing around with 2000 lumens.
