Light mostly works, gives light. In terms of light intensity, one of the three LEDs is at medium intensity while the other two are at high intensity. To be able to change the intensity, the instructions say to hold the button and it will change. No, it won't. It had pretty good reviews, so maybe there are a lot of fake reviews out there, or like those who post bad reviews, I got one of the bad reviews too. Don't try to return it as it provides enough light for the closet.
