Bought this from Bed, Bath & Beyond today. There was even a frying pan! I was so excited to come home and cook my steak. At first it was a bit unclear how to set the temperature on the dial. There is no cutout showing the location of the temperature gauge. I set it to what I thought was low and it barely got warm. I then set it to what I thought was high and the grill got a lot warmer. I cooked my ribeye steak for 14 minutes and took it off the grill to rest for 10 minutes. I brought the veggies to a boil and unfortunately they didn't cook. The grill had completely cooled down and was no longer on top. I couldn't heat up the grill anymore. The good news is my steak turned out great. However, this is the only good news. The grill was very difficult to clean. Definitely not easy to wash off as shown in the promotional video. I had to rub hard. Also, I don't understand why the information lies about the grill being dishwasher safe when it isn't dishwasher safe at all. I thought I would cook the fish tomorrow but I'll be bringing back the grill instead.
