Went in Dell XPS 8300. There was absolutely no problem installing them and they were recognized and used correctly on the second launch. Initially it got stuck on the Windows loading screen. But with a quick power cycle, everything worked perfectly, and a million times faster than the 6GB of RAM I was previously stuck with. If you're trying to decide if it's worth upgrading your RAM, then it's worth it, and you definitely should.
