At first I was a bit skeptical about the number of tablets in one serving. Also, these things take a long time to work. Then you might be wondering why I'm giving five stars. I have never had such focused and sustained alertness from any other pill. I'm a truck driver and I drive at night, it's the most difficult and dangerous job you can have and I have to be on my guard at all times. I take this about an hour before the start of my shift and have no problem staying alert throughout the night without eating or taking extra breaks. I know that's not the purpose but the need for a product that will keep me going all night is real and I can't be without this particular product now that I understand what it does.
