As soon as you open the packaging you can see that this is an inexpensive product "Made in China". The instructions are useless so I had to figure out how to get it working the first time. However, the main problem is that the pump head is difficult to mount onto the tire valve, so I usually lose a few pounds of air pressure before it finally starts pumping air. On one of my tires I just couldn't shut the nozzle off well enough and finally had to get out my larger air compressor. I'm glad I didn't get stuck on the sidelines with this stuff or I'd have to call AAA. I would NOT recommend this tire pump. Get one that isn't that cheaply built!
