The shirt fits my body perfectly. I'm 5ft 9" and 175lbs so Large fits me perfectly. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the functionality of the foldable sleeves. I've been playing ice hockey for many years. No matter what I tried, I kept adjusting my elbow pads. I tried sticking them with tape, used a smaller size and even used velcro. Despite a bit of trickery, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the sleeves fold up and how well they hold the covers in place. After half a dozen uses I am very happy with my purchase. I have purchased some Shock Doctor products in the past. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the materials, the ease of use and the cost.
