Protective case falls off

So, not only The protective case falls off, when you use them (doesn't snap on the comb) the teeth on the guard don't line up well with the comb so it doesn't work very well at all as the hair can't go through it. Oh, and when you try to put the guard back on after it's dropped, it's really hot because it was (of course) on a hot comb. Don't waste your time or money.
