I really wanted to have it. I really wanted to save a ton of toner. It shouldn't be that hard, but HP sucks. So I downgraded the firmware and I can print. See cartridges. But I can't duplicate or make multiple copies. What is a breach of contract. I lived with that, but now I MUST print double-sided. So I have to either buy an expensive HP toner or buy a new printer. Be careful. Maybe if they send it with new chips. May be. My order should be. But I had a terrible problem with invalid toner with the latest firmware. So I had to downgrade. I've had these for several months now. But they will most likely end up in the trash when I buy a new HP toner.
