This product has several disadvantages that make it very inefficient. First, it's made of plastic and doesn't conduct heat well, so the water never gets very hot. Second, the humidifier's exposed water surface is very small, further reducing its effectiveness. Third, it's on the side of the radiator rather than on top, again preventing it from heating up. Finally, the clips that hold it in place don't really match the radiators in my home or office without modification. We have different types and shapes of radiators, but this humidifier does not fit right out of the box.
