I like that it is very easy to use for creating appointments as well! It has been simple so far but nothing really new or amazing about this program that i don't already know how other programs do things better than them. The only downside of using ADS's system would be you can never have too many options when setting up an appointment with your doctor because there are just wayyyy more features then what most people will ever need!! Great product if used correctly. Keep trying out all these different types/features until they find something thats right fit yur needs. !
