Use for X1 xfinity box. settings required. One thing that isn't so good is that it has been scratched. There are scratches on the corner. I suspect these remotes failed the quality test. The rest of the remote looks and feels brand new. Supplied with batteries in a plastic bag. One reviewer mentioned that the voice doesn't work. Mine are asking me if I want to set up voice control. I didn't do this because I don't use the voice feature, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work. The product is too cheap to complain about scratches or even to send it back. So I didn't even contact the seller. Well working remote control at a good price. If the remote fails me I will update the review. Although in working condition, it did not disappoint.
