Works generally fine, like the previous Xfinity controller. However, the range is slightly lower (still suitable for most rooms). The real complaint is that the arrows are no longer buttons but flexible plastic that needs to be pressed harder to get a response. Too bad.

The latest X1 Voice Remote is a dream because every button was a simple touch to press. "Updated" because I like the latest version, but I'll be returning it. The arrow keys are very difficult to find/touch, like most other keys.

I accidentally broke the original voice remote control. I ordered this and it is a similar replacement. I ordered two to have a spare. Both are brand new - even with batteries. The Xfinity system recognized it and setup was easy with on-screen instructions. Fast delivery and much cheaper than I expected.

Didn't want a Comcast Voice style box but they (Comcast) care little what you want. So . I received this box with no further information and needed a second remote control for my disabled wife's bed. It was the perfect solution at a very reasonable price. It simply plugs into the box and works like the remaining original remote. No more fighting over a remote control.

Need someone in the know as the dog ate the original. Exactly the same remote control. Very easy to set up. Since the old one still works (it's just ugly now), we now have two remotes that work for the TV, so I have one on my chair and one on my husband's. Very convenient is that you don't have to get up to grab the remote control (wow, am I lazy or what?)

Works great but I have arthritis and vision problems so the buttons are difficult for me. I need a remote with easier buttons to press and see. I use this and not generic because it has all the features for my xfinity that generic doesn't have. It has all the features you need and is great for the average user. I want them to make a remote control for a weak user with all the features of this remote control.

Use for X1 xfinity box. settings required. One thing that isn't so good is that it has been scratched. There are scratches on the corner. I suspect these remotes failed the quality test.
