It's just a crotch cover for $18! The pictures on Revain are wrong. Velcro is only on the short sides (2) and not on the long ones. If it gets wet, the underside of the rug will become porous, the velcro will get wet and the glue won't hold. The bottom of the mat is a raised square pattern and the sticky Velcro on the back will not stick to it. So a complete failure. Go to a large hardware store and buy an outdoor rug. You can get enough material to complete 4-5 steps for less than $5.
