Temporarily turned off

I understand this was an updated/refurbished Mini 4 but it still needs to perform basic functions e.g. B. stay on. Mine kept turning off and randomly losing all battery after a full charge overnight and trying to return to the home screen (video posted). I have a feeling this is an issue that could have been checked before sending it out for shipment as it is completely unusable.
