Used on Helix 7! in car mounts
So I had a Striker 5 but I upgraded to Humminbirds Helix 7. Couldn't figure out why such an expensive device doesn't have a swivel mount but looking at the Garmin mount it looks pretty close to the right one! I found a rubber washer about a quarter inch thick and used it as a spacer on one side. Bracket, it fits perfectly and keeps it in place without the extra weight of Helix 7 sagging! It's a lot cheaper than other gimbals and keeps the unit pretty low in relation to the dash too! The photo isn't the best but shows how low the profile is with this mount.
