First, for the money it's a decent value (less than $400 paid for a 4x2x2). The hardware that holds everything together is cheap plastic. You can't use hand tools, they include a horrible tool used to hold the screw head, it's one of the worst designs I've seen and it rips off every screw head when it's fitted. Once tightened, it's good to take apart in a reusable state. Some of my panels arrived damaged (see photo examples). I contacted their support team and received a response within a reasonable time. My biggest problem is that they asked for part numbers for damaged parts. I do not have these part numbers. I explained which parts were damaged but they kept asking for part numbers. Individual parts do not have part numbers. After several emails back and forth, customer support finally became unresponsive. Technically I would give 2.5 stars for poor hardware and no further response from their support team. Due to availability (it arrived within a week while custom pickers had an 8-10 week delay) and the price I bought it for, I'm rounding it up to 3 stars instead of 2 stars. If the support team wants to contact me and proceed with a solution I will most likely raise my rating but I will not hold my breath at this point as it has been more than 3 months now.
