I bought a plus size bed sheet with 2 zippers. I put them on the bed and they were very tight. My mattress is only 13 inches thick and it says it will fit up to a 17 inch mattress. I took some photos and emailed customer service. It was found that the flash did not start in either the lower right or the upper left corner. It is very important. After moving it to where it should be, they fit perfectly. I just unpacked and washed it for the first time. The quality is really good and the idea is very smart. Changing bedding is now very easy. I will definitely be ordering more for my other beds. I found the customer service extremely helpful and approachable. I ordered a percale so there are some creases, but when you close it it's snug enough to smooth out the creases. I find them perfect in every way.
