Update: A replacement order has arrived and contained 3 vials as described. Increase the star count because it worked in the end, but subtract one for the extra work to fix the problem. Initial Rating: 1 star is for missing items (i.e. 1 vs. 3 bottles shipped), not for aftershave balm. myself. I have used the balm quite a bit and it is a 5 star product. The product description clearly states that the item purchased consists of 3 packs, but only one bottle arrived with the order. I contacted Revain support about the issue and they are sending a replacement. It should arrive tomorrow so please check your star rating after your replacement package arrives.
