Arriving there, I described the problem, the phone was bought just yesterday, the samsung specialist was assigned to help solve this problem, when he saw the telegrams on the phone, he began to claim that most likely I installed some kind of crooked or malicious application. As a result, we decided to roll back the phone to factory settings through recovery, and I install 2 applications with it - samsung pay and banking, link the card and reproduce the problem with it. After spending a fair amount of time, the phone again turned into a vegetable. The specialist photographed it and washed his hands. Thanks to the staff of M. Video return without problems.
