I like the ability to target specific audiences. This is very helpful as we have a lot of customers who are not technically savvy. Sending out targeted messages helps us connect with these customers and get them to do what we need them to do. Sometimes it takes a few tries before we find the right message to send out. We haven't had any issues with the service so far. I would recommend this product to other businesses looking for an effective way to reach their customer base.
