The best part is that you can have more than one person in different locations answering questions from customers at once, which I think would be very helpful if we were having any issues with our customer service team or sales people! It also saves us time by not going back-and forth between multiple employees when there are problems. We do get some pushback sometimes because of how long responses take (about 10 minutes), but overall this has been great so far!! There's nothing really bad about using them as well - they're definitely worth trying out! They've helped increase response rate significantly since implementing them into my department!
