Pretty floral design, you will definitely need to wear either a tank top or bandeau style bra/bralette if you wear this to work. Nice enough for casual business attire. My only gripe is that the top comes in a little too high under the chest and would have looked better if the dress was design to come in at the small of the waist. The fabric also looks almost costume quality and a bit on the thin side.
