I received this bike tote bag on time. I bought it because it was insulated - a big plus! Well made, zipper works. I ended up using an external cup holder to hold the strap to carry my bag as my bike has water bottle holders. The volume of the bag is enough for the necessary things. I like the envelope pocket with velcro closure at the top of the bag. This is very handy for small items that need quick access. This bag is not insulated but I haven't found a problem with it. The top of the bag has an elastic drawstring, perfect for a windbreaker or poncho. The Velcro straps that attach the bag to the bike rack are wide and secure. The shape and supports on my stand didn't exactly match the position of the Velcro straps sewn in, but I was able to attach an industrial grade Velcro to the bottom of my stand and the problem was solved. The bag has never been moved or opened and I drive over 10 miles every morning. I wish there was a plastic insert on the sides to give the bag a little more shape/support. When the bag is full, the shape is fine. When empty, it sags a little. Nothing that would pose a problem or look terrible, but some extra support for shaping the sides would be nice. Overall this is a very good bag for the price - with the added bonus of insulation! I originally ordered this bag in black but it had to be shipped from China and it took forever to ship. This gray bag (identical style) was available 2 days later. I had a chance to chat with the seller - he was great! I can only recommend this insulated pannier!
