Review on Mi-Case by John Patterson

I like that it has all my business information at one place, in case if something happens or there are any issues with our system we can get right back into everything without having too many steps forward/backwards! The customer service isn't as good compared their competitors but they do offer discounts for annual subscriptions which makes up some difference (and helps!).

They have an awesome team behind them who really care about providing great products so no complaints here :) Have used other cloud services before this including Dropbox etc - not sure why others didn’t work out better than miCASE did? We found using multiple applications very difficult when trying access data from different sources such as MS Excel & Word documents stored locally vs online storage systems e.g dropbox / google drive was easy once setup however accessing local files via excel took time due security concerns where you need your.
