Simple, functional, industrial yet elegant
Heavy. Please check the measurements to get an idea of the dimensions before ordering. I bought one for my bathroom so the door wouldn't go into the wall. Ideal for preventing doorknobs from hitting walls when you don't want to screw anything into the door or walls. They have a dual purpose and are used to hold the door open or with two half open (1 on each side of the door). They have a somewhat industrial look that may or may not suit your decor. I think it's a simple but elegant concept. If your style is French country, then you probably won't like this.
