I emailed the seller twice and got no response. Below is what I shared: I have a keyboard from microsoft bluetooth which works fine when i plug the dongle into my laptop but when i plug the dongle into the usb hub the computer just gets a few letters every now and then i type a sentence for you with that Dongle into my laptop and then the same with a key In the hub I love chocolate chip cookies when they have very little chocolate chips in them like chocolate chicos when there is little choe echi in the keyboard I made sure the batteries in the keyboard were new are and I installed the key and tested each of the three USB points in a hub I also tested this with another brand of wireless mouse and the move ung is also faulty.
