Review on RPNB by Don Devine

Given that the RPNB online shop specializes in hunting and outdoor gear, I had high expectations for it. However, I have been extremely dissatisfied with their merchandise and customer support. First of all, the equipment I bought was of poor grade. Due to flaws, I had to return a few things, and the replacements I got weren't much better. It is obvious that RPNB places a higher emphasis on quantity than quality in their product choices. To make things worse, when I contacted their customer service to address these problems, they were incredibly unhelpful. The representative I spoke to was dismissive and disinterested in helping me address my concerns after I spent a long time waiting on hold. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest RPNB to anyone seeking for dependable hunting and outdoor gear. Shopping with them is frustrating and depressing due to their subpar goods and bad customer service.
