This is about my 4th Bebird ear camera/tool. I have been highly impressed with the functionality of all of them but they have all had varying degrees of build quality. This falls right in the middle as far as a build quality. The main handle is plastic instead of the metal that more premium models use. It does have USB-C charging but some of the more premium models have a charging base. Build quality does not affect the usefulness of this tool at all, however. It is easy to connect, comes with plenty of attachments, has very high definition images, and the app is very good. Highly recommend. I love being able to keep a check on my ears!
