Review on 🔵 Moen Banbury Towel Ring in Brushed Nickel Finish, Y2686BN by Daniel Postle

Below is my first review. I received a reply from the nanny and contacted Moen regarding the product. I sent them my problem in an email. Not only did they reply, they will be replacing the towel ring within the next 10 days! I'm blown away by the response and so glad I don't have to spend another ring. I had to change my rating to 5 stars and let everyone know this is a great company with a quality product that your business definitely deserves. If only all the "lemons" I've bought over the years could have such a happy outcome! Thank you Nanny! I ordered 2 of these towel rings when we renovated 2 bathrooms. We worked on the main project in our free time as we didn't have time to do everything at once. Also, the towel rails and rings were not vital, nor were the other items in the bathroom. We had no problems with our first bath and really liked the Banbury brushed nickel finish. It looks elegant and is easy to install. Just as I got to the second tub, my husband noticed that the small screw holding it in place didn't fit and didn't appear to be the right screw for the item. It just won't work. He tried to get it out and find another one but basically the towel ring is useless to us. Of course it took time to return. Good quality product but this one was bad from the start. We should have opened it assuming there would be problems but it was new so what could be wrong? As said, we love these items and apart from getting a "lemon" with one we highly recommend them. My rating is only to warn buyers to check the items as soon as you receive them. Waiting too long can mean losing your money. And they are not cheap!
