Poor workmanship: charging port not secured
I bought this for my daughter and she loved it. She seemed to like it when she first used it, but when the battery died and needed charging, we found that it wouldn't charge at all. We used the included cord and even tried a few outlets. Upon closer inspection, however, I found that the charging port was not secured/secured. When I pulled out the charging cable, I saw that the connector actually came out of the cable. No wonder the battery is not charging, it is connected incorrectly. Don't waste money.
