This person is medium height, if you are used to carrying a large bag, and I am not such a person, this is not for you, it has inside pockets , and the Bottom is untouchable so whatever you put in a pocket we will most likely wander into the front or back pocket like a lipstick so you'll have to dig into it, it's packaged very well and the bow is amazing, love it It's a great accent to any outfit, whether you're wearing denim or going out. I bought red for an extra pop of color. So for me it works fine, I also love the fact that it has an alternate shoulder strap if that's what you want. Hope that helps
