2 stars off for it not being assembled and no instructions included. That's 5 mins I'll never get back. It was my first 1st world problem of the day! No biggie, but I had a migraine, so.2 stars gone.I received one which wasn't assembled. pfft! They should come assembled--or at least with instructions. I didn't intend to buy a puzzle. hahah Here's how to assemble: 1) You should have received four total pieces: the happy face bell, the base, the bell trigger (what you smack to ring the bell) and the trigger stop(this looks like a strange bird with two tiny wings--a silver metal piece the likes you have never seen. The trigger stop is the real head scratcher at first. 2) You have to take the two wings on the trigger stop and insert those into the hooks on the black base, leaving that thing to hang loose under there. 3) Put the bell cover (happy face) over the top of the base and screw the bell trigger into the top of it after lining up the hole on top of the bell cover with the hole atop the base. 4) Tighten and test
