Comfortable, water proof, not very warm.
I bought these based on water proof ratings and warmth ratings I read. The comfortable fit is a huge plus, I can wear them anywhere for any length of time. The water proof proven awesome! But the warmth, with two 80% Marino wool socks on , my feet froze with our snow shoe hike. I highly recommend these for spring , summer, or fall hiking. These will be put in to my warmer seasonal bag. Definitely wear them. Just not a winter boot.
