When we received our package, it was missing all of the hardware, but the seller FedExed it to us immediately, no problem!PLEASE REMEMBER that when you are assembling, put your long side panels on the OUTSIDE of the end panels, not "in-line" with the end panels, so that's your top hoops fit correctly. Hubby put this together by himself, and when I walked outside and saw it, I made that determination immediately, LOL!We are going to use coolaroo cloth on the top, because of our high winds in this area. I will cut and fit coolaroo also to the end gables, those will be zip-tied on.I'm very very pleased with this item, as well as with the seller! It's going to hold up well to our little terriers, who are hard on everything. This will allow us to leave them out in the yard longer during good weather, without fear of the other wildlife taking off with them.I will try and post pictures when I'm done with the coolaroo and some pavers in one end of it.
