I find it a bit strange that extrapolating that they are NOT round/cylindrical leads to the conclusion that "180" refers to degrees in a circle OR that reading about "Swiffer 360" says it has "50% more fibers". . ' and therefore the Swiffer 180 only has fibers on half the lobe head. I've read all the negative reviews about how to attach and/or remove the rag from the handle and/or how long it takes to "learn" to attach and use. I have to say that after receiving my kit I can see what the negative reviews were about. I had no issues (maybe because I prepared by reading all the reviews), but I certainly saw room for improvement with the placement of the insertion tubes. It would suffice to simply paint any part with the help of insert tubes. I bought the Swiffer Dusters Heavy Duty Dusters Starter Kit (1 Handle, 12 Rags) and added Swiffer 180 Rags, Unscented, Pack of 18. Now I find this extremely odd as it's impossible to get odorless in a full 360° rag head. No, unscented rag heads are only available with a 180° half rag head. A little confusing and, I might add, a little misleading. You don't have to sift through "all available product information" just to make sure the unflavored ones are limited to half a rag. Having said and whined all of this, I found the product to be fairly easy to find where the insertion tubes are. at the head of the lobe, how to insert the pins of the handle into the head of the lobe, and how to adjust the grip and tilt of the head. The product also does a good job of removing dust and "hanging" on dust. I was pleased to read a review that said they were unhappy with the rag nozzle only picking up dust in clumps. I suggest sucking first if that's the amount of channels you want to collect/remove.
