This thing saved a life. Literally. I serve in the military, in short, I often travel to different countries and need a reliable power source. And this thing was perfect and in abundance. Until she died a year later. No wonder I've used it so often. Literally almost 90% of the time I was awake, this thing was my power. Due to limitations on my part and Anker's, I was unable to contact Anker and get a replacement. However, when I recently returned to the States, they promised to send me a new one with no problem. To be honest I was frustrated at first just with the logistics getting in the way of warranty inspection, but the fact that they went out of their way to take care of me before I left the States again shows an incredible appreciation of the Customers.
